Getting started

Verify an email, create an API key, and call the screenshot route on this website. The separate api.datatuber.com host is not running.

What you will need

  • A verified DataTuber account. Use the email link from the sign-in page.
  • An API key from the dashboard. The secret is shown once.
  • A public http or https URL.

Request

Post JSON to https://datatuber.com/api/screenshots. The same route on this website is POST /api/screenshots. viewport is desktop, tablet, or mobile. format is png or jpg. A success response is the image bytes. An error is JSON with a message. YOUR_API_KEY in the examples is a placeholder. api.datatuber.com is not serving this API.
